Getting healthy for your wedding day!

Put diesal into a petrol car and you mess it up. Put the wrong food in your body and you mess it up! Simple as that. Everybody thinks they are healthy when in reality a lot of people are un healthy. More and more money is being pumped into the hospitals and health system here and the demand for hospitals and doctors keeps getting higher and higher. Surely if we spend more money we would be a healthier nation!?
When you go to a doctor/GP do they cover up your illlness with medication only for it to re appear in a different form? or do they try and find what the root cause was for your problem!?
The root cause is never looked at. It is ignored and in most cases it is food or the lack of real food which is the problem!
Get healthy and drop weight with what you eat and get on top of your illness before they happen.
My own recommendations would be.
1. Get a food intolerance test.
2. Give up bread.
3. Start Juicing.
4.Eat more vegetarian food.
